Yes, we’re fully certified by Alberta Health Services and we go the extra mile to keep everything safe and spotless for you.
Where is the food prepared?
All our tasty treats are made fresh in the Certified Pretzel Shack kitchen, where health and safety are top priorities.
How much notice do you need when placing an order?
We ask for at least 48 hours notice, but we’d love to hear from you as soon as you’re thinking about it so we can make your order perfect.
Can things be gluten free?
You bet! We have gluten-free options, just give us a heads up when you order.
Can things be made peanut free?
We do our best to help with peanut-free requests, but since our kitchen isn’t peanut-free, there’s a chance of cross-contamination.

Absolutely! Crackers come as part of the package, no extra charge, just extra crunch to make your charcuterie perfect.
